ArenaGo Sport is a mobile application that helps players join communities, discover events, manage schedules, record scores, and view leaderboards. For privacy questions, contact support@arenagosport.com or visit our Support page.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account data — name, email, password (stored securely/hashed), profile photo, and preferences.
• Activity data — communities you join, events you enter, schedule entries, scores, and leaderboard-related stats.
• Device & usage data — device type, OS version, app version, approximate diagnostics, and crash logs to keep the app reliable.
• Support messages — content you send when contacting support.
• Purchase data — if you buy paid features or events, transaction identifiers from Apple/Google (we do not store full payment card numbers).

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve communities, events, scheduling, scoring, and leaderboards.
• Authenticate accounts and secure the service.
• Send service notices (e.g. event updates) and respond to support requests.
• Analyze aggregated usage to fix bugs and improve performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who host infrastructure, analytics, or messaging under confidentiality obligations.
• Other users — profile name, community membership, event participation, and public scores/leaderboard info you choose to display.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We keep account and activity data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Your choices & rights

• Update profile details in the app.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@arenagosport.com.
• Delete your account from Profile settings (when available) or via support.
• Opt out of non-essential notifications in device or in-app settings.

7. Children

ArenaGo Sport is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your device updated.

9. International users

If you access ArenaGo Sport from outside the country where our servers operate, your information may be processed in other regions with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
